Halloween costume

Describe your best or worst Halloween costume ever. Use lots of details and explain why it was so awesome or lame.

I dress up for Halloween every year numerous times too. So...there are a lot and i can't really remember all of them. One year i got this superman costume that was meant for a guy but i wore it and i slicked my hair back into a ponytail, it was pretty great.
My worse was when i dressed up for a family party, i was a Gothic chick...yeah i look horrible and i really didn't even look like Gothic as much as i looked like a freak, even though Gothic is kinda a freak choice if you are. so those are my best and worse.

Sometimes because of pride or ego or a mistaken idea, one person may not confide in another or tell them the whole truth. Have you ever been in a situation in which you didn’t want the other person to know something about you? You had something you wanted to keep secret? How did you act? Did the other person realize you were hiding something? How did your behavior change the way they acted toward you?

Back when i was a young child, i had a secret that no one was suppose to know about. if anyone found out i was going to die or crawl in a hole hide for the rest of my life (so i thought at the time!!!!) anyways well the story goes on like any other my friends started to notice a change in the way i was acting torwards them and more so torwards this boy named jordan. so when all of my girlfriends started to ask me about him and why i was acting wierd, and if i liked him, or knew where he was...on and on with the nonstop questions! finally i gave in and told them that i liked the kid, i mean heck every girl likes a guy at some point in there life! I guess liking the biggest nerd in school was a problem or something cause they started to act all weird on me. then he started to act weird, at it all got so freaking wierd i gave up and went for the biggest hot shot...not a smart move!!
later on the next week more or less, i found out they were just teasing me and had no idea i actully was crushing on him! so it turned out into a big mess and that i how my story ends!

It seems like reading Edgar Allan Poe stories around Halloween is a rite of passage for students in English classes. He wrote poems such as "The Raven" and "Annabel Lee" and stories like "The Tell-Tale Heart", "The Black Cat", "The Fall of the House of Usher", "The Cask of Amontillado", "The Masque of the Red Death", "The Pit and the Pendulum", etc.If you have read Poe stories before, which ones have you read and what do you remember of them? I have seen picture for the stories and they are pretty freaky looking! Even the names of the stories are freaking weird, like why would you name your stories weird names like he named his. I guess i would expect that from a writer who writes classic horror stories, but it is still kind of weird to me.

I have read some pretty scary stories but i dont really like reading them cause i am a wussy and get scared of things like that pretty easy, plus i reamember most of the scary stories i have read or even heard, and i don't like beening scared about things like that. I hate scary movies and won't watch them ever. heck i heard a story about this girl who has a guy in her house well he kills her dog and ends up hidding under her bad and licking her hand just like her dog would have...sick...and he writes her a note in her dogs blood that says humans can lick too. yeah after i heard that i wouldn't let any part of my body hang over the side of the bed, ever. I am still scared to and i heard that like 7 years ago.

9th grade:"How do you keep making the lights go on and off?" your pet might wonder.Write about you doing something in your house...from a pet's point of view.

OK it is official she has lost her mind, she is absolutely insane. she is crawling on all fours and make this terrible screeching noise. if i were a betting pup i would bet she is trying to look like a dog, that or a cat throwing up a hair ball. someone should put the poor thing out of her misery. wait why are all of her friends doing it too? she is contagious, maybe i should warn the others.

i am getting married

Write a journal from the perspective of Romeo, Juliet, Friar Laurence or Nurse. It should take place after the end of Act II when Romeo and Juliet have been secretly married. Remember, you ARE this person writing what they would be thinking and feeling at this time. 3 PARAGRAPHS!

i can't believe it i am getting married to my true love and best friend!! i still feel like a little girl i am only fourteen and i have found the love of my life. i am way nervous not only cause our family hate each other but that i am getting married and making a commitment to not only my soon to be husband but to his name.
i don't even know how to be a wife. i see my mother and she makes everything look so easy what if i am bad at being a wife and romeo doesn't love me anymore cause i mess up. all i know is that i love romeo and he loves me. so i don't need to worry to much cause i still have my mother and nurse. my marriage has to be kept a secret. so i wont be with him and live with him...well for right now that is. we will find a way to be with each other, soon, very soon
I trust that everything will go well. fate brought us together it will keep us together.

Fate or not?

9th grade:Do you believe in Fate? Are there certain things in life that, once set in motion, are inevitable; things that cannot be stopped once they are started? The story of Romeo and Juliet implies that the path of their love and what happens to them is part of Fate's plan. Do you think this is possible?

I do believe in fate. I believe that everything happens for a reason, but i also believe that are choices affect what happens or not. say for example you are a pretty good kid but you end up getting caught up in the wrong things. because you made a bad choice that got you caught up in the wrong things you might not meet the person of your dreams or you do but they wont have you cause of the choices you made earlier in life.
i believe that you meet people and make Friends with others to help you get through tough or trying times. fate brought you two together there is no lucky chance that you two meet. you meet for a reason and that is what i believe!

oh woe, woe is me, for romeo is one with a broken heart. alas i shall never see him happy if he does not find a fair maiden to once again fall in love with. one fair maiden that even the sight of her will take the breath right out of his chest.
It is my duty not only as his cousin but his best friend to help him find away out of this heart wrenching pain he goes through for only the girl that his heart disireth.
On my word romeo will go to that party and find his true love, tonight.

true love is when two people are in so in love that wild horses couldnt pull them apart. No, true love is when two people love eachother so much that they never get jealous of anyone casue they know that there spouse loves them and they have full trust in eachother. where they care for eachother so much that not only would they die for one another but they would loive for eachother. that mean that if the only way to show there love to eachother was to go eat a billion live spiders they would. they are unselfish, and always ready to help eachother out even if it is hard. if one is sick the other stays up and helps them, is one is hurt the other does there best to comfortthem.

my grandparents, they have true love. everything i just said up there they are that. yes its hard but they truely love eachother and want to be together (married) forever and always. thats why they went and got married in the temple. :D

8th AND 9th grade:If you had one superpower, what would it be and why? (Hint: describe exactly what your power would be, why you would want that one, what you would use your power for, etc. Would you be good or evil? Would you use it just for fun or for a good cause?)



when i was a little i wanted to be able to sneeze all the time... yeah i don't know why i just always wanted to be able to sneeze on demand. i would touch my nose and wabamb start to sneeze, then i would touch it twice and stop. unfortunately i have grown up a little bit since that time and i no longer want to be able to sneeze as on of my superpowers.



the super power that i want now would turn invisible along with have the power to put a force field around anything i wanted to. the reason why i would want this is because turning invisible would be sweet cause i could go anywhere and nobody would no i was there. why the force Field so i could save peoples lives. "there is no charge for awesomeness or attractiveness."
so "if you are awesome" you would go up against the forces of evil and take down the green eyed man with me. cause we are 'together". ha ha thank you.

9th Grade: What comes to your mind when you hear the words, "Now we're going to read Shakespeare!" Do you cringe in fear? Do you giggle with glee? What past experiences have you had with Shakespeare to make you react the way you do?

when i hear those words i think remo and juliet, i cant decide if i am going to cringe or giggle. cause i want to read it and know what the story is about, but i dont like the way it is written. ok, to be honest with you one of the reasons i want to read shakespeare, because of twilight. haha edward watches it with her and i kinda want to se it now. even tho i know that i wont have edward watching it with me. oh well, anyways so yeah i am kinda excited about it.
